A Bit About Me
My goal as a trainer is to facilitate a balanced healthy lifestyle for my clients. My training programs specifically accommodate an individual’s goals. Training with me will incorporate many different training styles; strength training, plyometric training, core stability, balance and coordination, hypertrophy training, and overall movement quality. As your trainer, I will work with you tirelessly to educate you, as well as create accountability and adherence to the program that we create together.
Accreditations / Certificates / Awards
I graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. I'm also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
Fun Facts
I love being outdoors. I've hunted bears in Canada. I've visited the United Kingdom. Some of my favorite things to do include hunting, fishing, and snowboarding.
