A Bit About Me
I started in group fitness training first, because of my passion for athletics and exercise, and secondly, because of my love for people. I deeply enjoying making friendships in the gym and the motivation and fun you get out of a class setting. I’m aware that we are all on a different fitness journeys, with different needs, abilities and goals, and cater my classroom to ensure all levels, ages and abilities receive modifications, individualized instruction and guidance. Everyone will leave my class sweaty and feeling like they truly accomplished a great workout!

Fun Facts
My first official role into the fitness world was as a Cardio Kickboxing instructor and location manager. It’s one of my favorite sports! I also love anything outdoors-I’ll take the mountains over the beach, any day-and anything food. I love trying new restaurants and bars with my husband and friends. I also lead a ministry for young, teen moms, which goes back to my innate love of people!
